The Rate Master direct reading precision flowmeter combines various unique advantages and is reasonably priced, making it suitable for general needs.

Structure ensures accuracy – All Rate Master @ flow meters are made of sturdy, transparent, and shatterproof polycarbonate plastic injection molded around precision manufactured conical tubes. This makes it highly accurate and has good repeatability. The integrated plastic body is fixed on the stainless steel back plate, and its pipe threads are welded to absorb the torque of the pipeline. In addition, brass or stainless steel (BV or SSV specified when ordering) precision metering valves can also be selected for precise flow adjustment. When using vacuum, the top valve (TMV) can be selected for RMA type. The small RMA series can be precise to ± 4% of the full range; The RMB series can be precise to ± 3%; The large RMC series can be precise to ± 2%.

The universal main body – Rate Master @ flowmeter main body can be easily interchanged. When exchanging, simply remove the main body from the back plate and seal it with another O-ring at the inlet and outlet, without affecting the pipeline. In laboratories or factories, interchangeability is very useful and convenient when the required range of measurement is different.
