The BV2-F1 series two-piece flange connected stainless steel automatic ball valve adopts ANSI 150 # flange. Used for pipelines ranging from 1/2 “to 4”, ensuring high flow capacity and low pressure loss. Equipped with anti spray valve stem installation function, PTFE reinforced valve seat, 316 stainless steel (ASTM A351 GR CF8M) ball core. It can be directly installed in conjunction with the actuator, with a compact structure. Double O-ring valve stem seal ensures no leakage.

The BV2-F1 series is an economical automatic ball valve that can be equipped with electric or pneumatic actuators. The electric actuator is a 24/7 protected NEMA level 4, powered by 115VAC, and can be either two position or linear controlled. The two position actuator directly uses 115VC to drive the valve to open or close. The linear actuator receives a 4-20 mA input signal and can maintain any position of the valve. The actuator also has overload protection and permanent lubrication transmission function.
