The diaphragm sealing system is used to protect pressure measuring instruments from corrosive, viscous, easy to crystallize, corrosive, high viscosity, environmental hazards, or toxic media. A diaphragm made of stainless steel isolates the medium. The pressure is transmitted to the measuring instrument through the system filling liquid in the diaphragm sealing system.

DSS18T meets the production requirements of the food industry. The milk tube can be connected through a hygiene process, and the product can also achieve offline cleaning (COP).

The diaphragm sealing system can withstand high-temperature steam cleaning during the SIP process, ensuring a sterile connection between the tested medium and the diaphragm seal.

The fully welded structure is durable and ensures that the system is always in a sealed state.

DSS18T is suitable for pressure measurement in various process stages, such as filtration, separation, pasteurization, and filling systems.
