Working principle of solenoid valve control box

Electromagnetic valve control box is a device used to control the operation of electromagnetic valves, widely used in industrial automation, fluid control and other fields. 1、 Composition of solenoid valve control box

The solenoid valve control box mainly consists of the following parts:

Power module: provides stable power supply for the control box, usually using AC or DC power supply.

Controller: It is the core part of the control box, responsible for receiving external signals and controlling the solenoid valve based on the signals. The controller can be a programmable logic controller (PLC), microcontroller, relay, etc.

Signal input module: receives control signals from external devices, such as sensor signals, button signals, upper computer signals, etc.

Signal output module: Convert the output signal of the controller into a signal that the solenoid valve can accept, and drive the solenoid valve to work.

Display module: used to display the working status, parameter settings, and other information of the control box.

Protection module: including overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, etc., to ensure the safe operation of the control box.

2、 Working principle of solenoid valve control box

Signal input

Sensor signal: When the sensor detects changes in specific physical quantities (such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc.), it will transmit the signal to the signal input module of the control box.

Button signal: The operator sends signals such as start, stop, manual/automatic switching to the control box by pressing the button.

Upper computer signal: Through the communication interface, the upper computer can send control instructions to the control box to achieve remote control.

Controller processing

After receiving the signal from the signal input module, the controller processes it according to the preset control logic.

If it is in automatic control mode, the controller will automatically determine whether to open or close the solenoid valve based on the feedback signal from the sensor and the preset control algorithm.

If in manual control mode, the controller will directly control the action of the solenoid valve based on instructions sent by the operator through buttons or the upper computer.

After processing the signal, the controller sends the output signal to the signal output module.

The signal output module converts the output signal of the controller into a current or voltage signal that the solenoid valve can accept, driving the solenoid valve to work.

Electromagnetic valve action

After receiving the signal from the signal output module, the solenoid valve operates according to the type of signal (normally open solenoid valve closes when receiving a closing signal, and normally closed solenoid valve opens when receiving an opening signal).

The action of the solenoid valve will change the on/off state of the fluid, achieving control over the fluid.

Display and Feedback

The display module of the control box will display real-time information such as the working status and parameter settings of the control box, making it convenient for operators to understand the operation status of the control box.

At the same time, the control box can also feedback the actual state of the solenoid valve to the controller through feedback signals, so that the controller can further process and control it.

3、 Application scenarios of solenoid valve control box

Industrial automation production line: used to control the on/off of various fluids, realizing material conveying, filling, mixing and other operations in the automated production process.
