The ASCO-NUMATIC dual electronic control two position five way solenoid valve

The ASCO-NUMATIC dual electronic control two position five way solenoid valve has a sealed chamber with through holes at different positions. Each hole of the pneumatic solenoid valve leads to a different air pipe. In the middle of the chamber is the valve, and there are two electromagnets on both sides. The magnetic coil on which side is energized will attract the valve body to which side.

The ASCO-NUMATIC dual electronic control two position five way solenoid valve blocks or leaks different exhaust holes by controlling the movement of the valve body, and the inlet hole is normally open. High pressure gas will enter different exhaust pipes, and then the piston of the cylinder will be pushed by the air pressure of the pneumatic solenoid valve. By controlling the current of the solenoid valve, the mechanical movement of the entire solenoid valve is controlled.

The electrical conversion component converts electrical signals into pneumatic signals, and the electrical signal input controls the pneumatic output. The commonly used electro-pneumatic conversion component is solenoid operated valves.

The ASCO-NUMATIC dual electronic control two position five way solenoid valve is not only the interface between the electrical control part and the pneumatic actuator part, but also the interface with the air source system. The solenoid valve receives commands to release, stop or change the flow of compressed air.

In electro-pneumatic control, the dual electronic control two position five way solenoid valve can achieve functions such as directional control of pneumatic actuator action, ON/OFF switch quantity control, and ORT/AND logic control. In the electromagnetic valve family, the important one is the solenoid controlled directional control valves.

Two phases can be directly connected, while three phases only need to be connected to the neutral and live wires.
