Forney Flame Detector HD

The Orney HD flame detector integrates infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) optical sensors, amplifiers, and high-speed signal processors. High speed signal processors can analyze frequency resolution, enabling precise differentiation between multiple burners and background radiation. The HD detector includes two flame relays, one for the signal of each optical sensor. Four different configurations are available for selection to achieve maximum flexibility under different operating conditions. Provide 4 to 20mA analog output for remote display options.

There are two configurations for mobile applications to play from the Apple Store and Google. The Forney HD Detector application will allow users to select specific detectors through Bluetooth. Then, users can monitor detectors on their mobile devices. Real time Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is also displayed. In order to tune password protected detectors, the Forney HD detector Pro application will allow users to specify the picking and dropping of flames on and off within two user specified frequency ranges. Any fault code can be clearly displayed through the reset function. It also provides PC based RS485 connection function.

A single flexible 12 wire custom cable has multiple lengths to choose from, making on-site connections simple. In many cases, existing field wiring can be reused. The existing cables of Forney D85, UniFlame I, and UniFlame II detectors can be reused with conversion adapters.
